First Look At The adidas Yeezy Quantum “Ophanium”_Fashion at Your Feet

Shortly after confirming release dates for August, Kanye‘s Yeezy footwear brand is now bringing word of yet another entry that will be joining its Fall 2020 lineup. Before today, the word on the street was that the Yeezy Quantum would be dropping this September, but as just revealed by Yeezy Mafia, it appears that it will be joined by that of a brand new colorway entitled the “Teal Blue”. If you Google search its namesake, you”ll find at the top of its generated results that the word refers to the wheels of Ezekiel’s — a biblical figure in the Bible — chariot, which makes sense considering much of Ye’s recent colorway names have been symbolic of his Christian beliefs.

Judging from this first image, it looks as though they won’t feature the extra molds atop its upper that the “Barium” option introduced, but instead opt to go with a standard Primeknit upper. The ankle collars and heel counter simply carry over from its last few styles, but its light olive upper background now comes intertwined with sprinkled notes of dark grey and aqua blue. Beneath all of that, the sole pieces also look to switch it up slightly by arriving with an angelic coat. You can expect these to drop likely on adidas.com, Yeezy Supply, and other retailers this September for $250 USD.
