ARIES And New Balance Upgrade The 327 With Full Leather Construction_Fashion at Your Feet

Almost exactly one year ago, ARIES debuted their INVINCIBLE collaboration with New Balance, a release that saw the iconic 991 silhouette dressed head to toe in vibrant neons and metallic silvers. INVINCIBLE II, by comparison, is by and large more subdued, but what it does with the newly released 327 silhouette is somewhat out of the norm relative to its past general releases.

While the colorways are overtly typical in their black and white options, the collaborative 327’s construction is anything but as it forgoes the usual nylon and suede for a full leather make-up. The oversized “N” logos along the side, the toe cap, eye stay, and heel counter are all dressed in a premium grain, the darker of the two pairs the most apparent in this tumbled texture. Red then lays over top on both, bringing attention to the “ARIES” branding down the profile as well as the webbing that stitches along both the tongue and heel. What’s more, the brand has also applied multiple reflective accents to the upper, placing them just along the aforementioned strips as well as the edges of the overlays.
